Interior Painting for Holiday Rentals

The interior of your holiday rental should make guests feel instantly at home. We work with property owners to choose colours that create a sense of comfort, relaxation, and style, ensuring each room reflects the charm and personality of your property. Whether it’s a modern apartment, a coastal townhouse, or a charming beach house, our expert painters deliver flawless finishes that last.

From high-traffic living areas to cosy bedrooms, we use premium paints and precise techniques to produce interiors that stand up to frequent guest turnover. This not only improves the look of your property but also makes it easier to maintain between bookings.

Exterior Painting for Holiday Rentals

Your property’s exterior is the first thing guests see when they arrive. A faded or chipped paint job can diminish its appeal before they even step inside. Our exterior painting services are designed to withstand the Central Coast’s coastal climate, using weather-resistant coatings and thorough preparation methods to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

We take care to address any surface imperfections before applying fresh paint, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and the protection of your property. From decks and fences to full exterior repaints, we deliver results that add value and kerb appeal.

Why Regular Painting Matters for Holiday Rentals

Holiday rentals experience more wear and tear than typical homes due to the constant flow of guests. Regular painting not only keeps your property looking its best but also helps prevent damage from moisture, sun exposure, and general use. • Develop and maintain a register of the identified or presumed asbestos-containing material, including details on their locations, accessibility, condition, risk assessments, and control measures.
