Experience That Shows

Our decades in the painting industry have taught us that every project is unique. We’ve worked on everything from charming coastal homes to modern townhouse developments, new extensions, and busy holiday rentals. Each project is treated with the same attention to detail, ensuring a smooth, long-lasting finish that enhances the property’s appeal. We’re fully licensed and insured (Licence No. 95304C) for your peace of mind, and we follow all relevant industry safety standards.

Our Painting Philosophy

We believe painting is as much about the process as it is about the result. That’s why we take the time to listen to your needs, offer honest advice, and guide you through colour choices and finishes to match your style. We work cleanly and efficiently, respecting your time and space, and always aim to leave every property looking its best.

We use trusted paint brands such as Pascol, Bristol, Dulux, Shelleys, Taubmans, and Wattyl to ensure a professional finish that stands up to the Central Coast climate.

"Lindsay de-moulded and repainted my aging mother's bathroom, along with touching up flaking paint on the loungerooms's ceiling. He was efficient and very reasonably priced. My Mum was very impressed with his workmanship and manner. I highly recommend him."

Legal Responsibilities for Owner/Controller of Premises

Who is classified as the controller of the premises?

As per the Code of Practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC:2002(2005)], the “person with control” may be:

  • The owner of the premises
  • A person who has under any contract or lease an obligation to maintain or repair the premises
  • A person who is occupying the premises
  • A person who is able to make decisions about work undertaken at the premises

  • Investigate the premises for the presence or possible presence of asbestos-containing material
  • Develop and maintain a register of the identified or presumed asbestos-containing material, including details on their locations, accessibility, condition, risk assessments, and control measures.
  • Develop measures to remove the asbestos-containing materials or otherwise to minimize the risks and prevent exposure to asbestos
  • Ensure the control measures are implemented as soon as possible and are maintained as long as the asbestos-containing materials remain in the workplace.
